Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We are currently based in Singapore and do provide international shipping*. If your country is not included in the checkout options, please reach out to us and we will add it to the list.
*Do note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which are to be borne by the recipient. We will not be responsible for any customs fees or tax incurred on international shipments, as this will be the responsibility of the customers.
What are the available options for shipping?
To ensure that you will receive your items promptly, we will only provide tracked shipping option (via Singpost) for both local and international orders so you can keep track of the delivery status of your package.
How much is the shipping fees?
Shipping Within Singapore:
- Tracked shipping (Letterbox): $2
International Shipping:
International shipping fees are charged according to weight and location (shipping costs will be calculated upon checking out of items). Do check on your country’s custom duties, wherever applicable, as the recipient has the responsibility to bear its cost.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed and sent out within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday only). You will receive an email notification once your package is shipped. Remember to check your spam folder in case you can't find it ;)
How long is the shipping delivery?
If you are based in Singapore, your order will arrive in 1 to 3 days after the package is sent out.
For international orders, it will take from 7 to 30 days to arrive at your destination, depending on the state of custom clearance and transportation in your country.

How are orders packed for shipping?
All prints are packed flat into a rigid envelope. For order with multiple prints, they will be packed together in the same plastic sleeve to reduce waste.
Order with keychains will be wrapped with bubble wrap for extra protection.
What is your return/exchange /refund policy?
As a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Do note that we will not be responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process caused by your local courier.
There will be no replacement or refund for lost of package if you have provided a wrong address for your order. In the event if there is any issue regarding your order, please email us at hello@0idea.shop or contact us here!
Do you accept order cancellations?
We do not accept order cancellations, all sales are final upon checking out.
